Regional Cooperation is perhaps one of the most important topics of the recent history of JB. When it started, around 1998 as "Regionalisation", it was the main solution for global JB Development and, through almost continuous Regional Cooperation Taskforces until 2005 remained the hottest topic of IJBCs.
